Institute of Linguistics recruits civil servants

The Institute of Linguistics held a civil service exam in December 2009.

Recruitment quota: 11, according to the following civil service ranks:

• Researcher: 10 points
• English translator: 01 position

I. Recruitment objects

- Research staff: University graduates in Linguistics with a degree of good or higher. If the degree is in Literature, then Graduation Thesis, Master's Thesis, Doctoral Thesis in Linguistics.

- English translator: University graduate in English with a degree of good or higher.

II. Recruitment conditions

1.Applicants for employment at the Institute must have good moral qualities, meet the professional standards of the recruitment position and have the following conditions:

a) Being a Vietnamese citizen with a permanent address in Vietnam;

b) Age from 18 to under 35;

c) Have an application form, clear resume, diplomas and training certificates according to the required qualifications of the recruitment position, specifically:

• Have a university degree from good grade or higher;
• Have a foreign language certificate (1 of 5 languages: English, Russian, French, German, Chinese) level B;
• Have a B level IT certificate;

d) Have good health to undertake the task;

d) Not being under criminal prosecution, serving a prison sentence, non-custodial reform, probation, being subject to educational measures in the commune, ward, or town, or being sent to a medical facility or educational facility.

2.Application documents include

a. Application form;

b. Curriculum vitae (certified by local authorities or the agency of the applicant's parents);

c. Birth certificate;

d. Health certificate (from a general hospital) within 6 months from the date of application;

d. Copies of diplomas and certificates (notarized);

e. University graduation transcript (notarized);

g. Legal documents on priority subjects (if any);

h. 02 envelopes with stamps and address to be sent to.

Application deadline: from November 5, 2009 to November 30, 2009.

Exam fees: 130,000 VND

Documents are not returned.
