Dominating from the very first minutes.
The two teams chose two different approaches to the game. While the girls from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities took the initiative to attack, putting pressure on the opponent's half of the court, the opposing team from the University of Natural Sciences opted for a defensive strategy with a large number of players in their own half, waiting for opportunities to counterattack.
Under immense pressure from the attacking line of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the Natural Sciences female players were repeatedly threatened by the Humanities strikers. Within the first 5 minutes of the match, number 8 of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Trinh Thi Quynh, had two shots on goal against the Natural Sciences team, one of which was a one-on-one situation with the goalkeeper. However, Trinh Thi Quynh was still unable to score.

Despite defending well against the attacks from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University of Natural Sciences players made a mistake under immense pressure. From a straight pass by goalkeeper Phan Thùy Dương of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University of Natural Sciences goalkeeper fumbled the ball, allowing it to roll into the net, much to the surprise of his team.
While the University of Science players were still recovering from the goal conceded, the Humanities girls scored a goal just minutes later. Starting with a move down the left wing by Lam Thi Anh, the ball was passed to Trinh Thi Quynh. Surrounded by opposing defenders, the number 8 of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities quickly tapped the ball into the net from close range, increasing the score to 2-0. At this point, the clock had only just ticked past the 23rd minute.
Tight defense, quick counter-attacks in the second half.
After taking a significant lead in the first half, the female players from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities switched to a tight defensive strategy combined with quick counter-attacks. This tactic thwarted the counter-attacks of the female players from the University of Natural Sciences.
At the beginning of the second half, number 7 of the Faculty of Natural Sciences – Nguyen Thi Tra – had many skillful dribbling situations, causing difficulties for the Humanities defenders. However, the Natural Sciences players still did not have any clear chances towards the opponent's goal as the defenders of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities played too solidly. It wasn't until the 37th minute that the Natural Sciences players had a dangerous shot from Bui Thi Thu Anh, but it was blocked by Phan Thuy Duong.

Despite numerous attacks, the Natural Sciences girls failed to score and conceded two more goals in quick succession. Again, from a long ball by Phan Thùy Dương, the Natural Sciences goalkeeper couldn't hold onto the ball under pressure from Hoàng Thu Hoài, allowing it to bounce right in front of the striker. Even in a chaotic situation, Thu Hoài was quick to put the ball into the net, increasing the score to 3-0 for the Humanities girls.
And just two minutes before the end of the match, during a counter-attack by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the ball landed at Trinh Thi Quynh's feet right in front of the penalty area. The number 8 player unleashed a powerful shot, the ball went just wide of the post and the goalkeeper had no chance to save it. The score was sealed at 4-0 for the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Scoring four goals and conceding none, the girls from the Faculty of Humanities proved they fully deserved to win this final match. A resounding victory, as if to reaffirm their number one position in women's football at Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
