Dynamic, enthusiastic, always dedicated, enthusiastic and friendly when participating in the activities of the School, that is the personality of the boys and girls in the green volunteer uniform of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. As one of the forces accompanying all activities and events of the School, in the recent admission period, the volunteer student team of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has always completed the work well with the enthusiasm of youth, love for the school and above all for the class of "little" children who have just joined the common house of Humanities.

On the day of recent admission, volunteer students were present very early to coordinate with teachers to welcome and guide new students of K60 through admission procedures.

This year, to facilitate the students' procedures, the school organized admission with many shifts, so it required more time for volunteers to support. For each shift, the members in blue shirts organized into small groups, in different locations. The group welcomed and guided new students and their parents from the entrance gate to the G yard; the group in the lecture hall corridor, guided and helped new students to specific rooms; the student group directly supported the teachers.

In the hallways of the reception rooms, student volunteers are always on duty to support new students.

The main activities of the student volunteer team are to support the training department teachers in checking the records of new students during the admission process; at the same time, guide, share, help and answer questions within the scope of possible for new students and their families.

The closeness and friendliness in all activities will be memorable memories for new students and their parents. Those first images once again affirmed the trust of parents when sending their children to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

"We simply think that this is a necessary job for new students who are still confused and for ourselves. The job is not a big deal, but it can help students who are entering the school for the first time to avoid some shyness, and can complete the procedures quickly and conveniently to officially become students of Humanities. The first gift - words of love from those who went before

Welcoming the new students to the school, the Faculties, Departments and students of all courses have prepared plans to get acquainted and create a first impression for the new generations. With many years of tradition, K58 students of Public Relations always prepare small gifts to give to their "junior" generations. After completing the admission procedures in the lecture halls, the new students will interact with their seniors and receive gifts, expressing greetings and messages from the "senior" generation.

"We wanted to have an activity to welcome the new students, showing the friendliness and enthusiasm of the seniors. So we prepared small gifts. The gifts included a pen, a notebook, an information sheet about the Faculty, the School, and notes for those new to Hanoi about accommodation and buses," shared Vuong Quoc Anh, K58 Public Relations.

In addition, the K58 Public Relations class also set up a hotline with the phone numbers of seniors so that when students need help, they can call. This activity is very useful for new students when they are confused when entering the university lecture hall.

Sharing the same idea with the Public Relations students, the teachers and students of the Library Information Department also have their own gifts for their new generation. The Library Information Department's gifts aim to be friendly, creating an impression for the first meeting. They are candies containing sweet feelings. The handbooks are colorful flyers designed with elaborate colors, containing useful information.

Entering the university is an important moment for every new student. For teachers and students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, welcoming a new generation and new students is always a sacred and important moment.
