5. Scholarships to encourage learning

5.1. Current legal documents

- Decision No. 44/2007/QD/BGD&DT dated August 15, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training on KKHT scholarships for students in specialized schools, gifted schools, universities and vocational colleges in the national education system;

- Regulation No. 5249/QD-DHQGHN dated December 27, 2014 of the Director of Hanoi National University on management and use of scholarships at Hanoi National University.

- Official dispatch No. 1513/ĐHQGHN-CTHSSV dated April 23, 2015 of the director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on academic results for scholarship consideration.

5.2. Conditions for consideration

- The study encouragement scholarship is considered based on academic results and training points, the process is from high score to low score until the scholarship quota allocated to the class is exhausted, the number of scholarships for each class is based on the annual scholarship fund and the number of students in the class.

- Conditions for receiving the scholarship: Accumulated credits from 14 credits for the standard system and 16 credits for the high-quality system and strategic tasks; Average semester score from 2.5 or higher; Study results with no subject score below B; Training score is good or higher.
