3. Support for study costs

3.1.Documents regulating support for study costs for students

-Decision No. 66/2013/QD-TTg dated November 11, 2013 of the Prime Minister regulating the Policy on supporting study costs for ethnic minority students studying at higher education institutions;

- Joint Circular No. 35/2014/TTLT-BGDĐT-BTC dated October 15, 2014 guiding the implementation of Decision No. 66/2013/QD-TTg dated November 11, 2013 of the Prime Minister regulating the Policy on supporting study costs for ethnic minority students studying at higher education institutions;

3.2. Required documents

- Application for support of study costs (according to form);

- Certificate of poor and near-poor households issued by the People's Committee of the commune, ward or town (notarized copy);

- Birth certificate (notarized copy).
