On June, 06th 2012, Dr. Pham Quang Minh (Vice Rector of USSH) welcomed and worked with Mr. Chen Ba Xi (Deputy Representative) and Mr. Zhang Fu Heng (First Secretary) of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office. There were also representatives of USSH's Faculty of Oriental Studies, Faculty of Linguistics, Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Language.
