Concluding the Korean language training course for employees of Samsung Electronics Bac Ninh

On June 1st, 2018, USSH held the ceremony to grant certificates for joining the Korean language training course for 19 distinguished employees of Samsung Electronics Bac Ninh, Vietnam.

This is the 9th training course marking the cooperation between USSH and Samsung Electronics Vietnam. The course lasted for 13 weeks with the participation of 19 students that were distinguished employees of Samsung Electronics Bac Ninh, Vietnam.

The course lasted from March 1st to June 1st with around 720 official hours. For each session, students studied for 10 hours from 8AM to 18'30 PM. Everyday the lecturers spent around 10 minutes checking their students' progress. The course also had 3 general exams in the 4th, 8th and 12th weeks. The results are going to be sent back to the company.

Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Dr Pham Quang Minh (USSH's Rector) congratulated Samsung's distinguished employees for successfully completing the course. The Rector hoped that with their acquired knowledge on Korea and Korean language, the graduates would be able to make great progress in their future career. For his own experiences, he also expressed his belief in the fruitful cooperation between USSH and Samsung in particular, and the Vietnam- South Korea relations in general. 

 

On behlaf of Samsung Electronics Vietnam, Mr. Park Sung Geum expressed his gratefulness for having his employees properly trained in Korean language capability. The Korean performances at the ceremony brought him special emotions. Mr Park hoped that as soon as they return to their work, the 19 employees would become its core members fulfilling its important role as a bridge between Vietnam and its mother company in South Korea.
