Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi sent her congratulations to the students for their positive results: "It is encouraging to know the course could help the students practice interdisciplinary skills and most importantly, many said they were rightly employed into a personnel department".

Dr. Han Manh Tien (President of the Vietnam Association of Corporate Directors-VACD) also highly appreciated the efficiency of the course, considering it a useful and meaningful initiative for students in the context of arduous competition in the labor market today. 

The course was commenced on April, 10th, 2018 by USSH and VACD in order to provide students with the basic knowledge and skills concerning human resources management.

It included such contents as the overview of human resources management; the development of work porfolio and hiring procedures; personnel training and development; workplace relations management; performance evaluation; salaries and bonuses management; the Labor law in human resources management, etc. The teaching group primarily included high-level experts on personnel management at businesses, leaders of VACD and lecturers of USSH.
