University of Social Sciences and Humanities organizes a training course in Document and Archives and grants certificates (equivalent to a conversion certificate for master's degree in Archival Studies).The program consists of 4 main parts (each part designs specific topics depending on the subject of each course):
- Part 1. Organizing and managing document and archive work(Including the following contents: Organization and management of document work, Organization and management of archival work)
- Part 2. Clerical work
- (Including the following contents: Document drafting and issuance techniques, Management of outgoing and incoming documents, Management and use of seals, Filing and filing of records)
- Part 3. Archival work operations(Including the following contents: Collecting and supplementing documents; Classifying archival documents; Determining document value; Statistics and preserving documents; Building search tools; Organizing services for exploiting and using documents)
- Part 4. Additional knowledge and skills (soft skills)(Including the following contents: Administrative reform in document and archive work; Applying ISO 9001:2000 in document and archive work; Applying information technology in document and archive work; Consulting skills on document and archive work issues; Work organization skills...)
Based on learning outcomes, students will be awarded a certificate from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
Course participants:- People working in the fields of administration, office, documents, and archives in state agencies; public service units; Party agencies, socio-political organizations, socio-professional organizations, and economic organizations.
Course starts March 5, 2011

- Saturday: 8:00 – 11:00 and 13:30 – 16:30
- Sunday: 8:00 – 11:00
