10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

This dissertation identifies the changes and challenges arising from the transformation of production relations in Vietnam from 1986 to the present, concerning ownership relations, organizational relations, production management, and distribution relations, from a philosophical perspective. Specifically:

- The thesis analyzes the changes in ownership objects, ownership subjects, and ownership structures in the economy; identifies the issues arising from the changing state of ownership relations, including an analysis of some shortcomings arising from the current concept of the dominant economic sector in Vietnam.

- The dissertation analyzes the current state of innovation in production organization and management models; changes in the subjects of production organization and management, and changes in production organization and management methods; identifies the issues arising from the changes in production organization and management relations, including an analysis of the role of the State in managing social production in Vietnam today.

- The thesis analyzes the current state of changes in the subjects of distribution, objects of distribution, and forms of distribution; identifies the issues arising from the changing state of distribution relations, and clarifies the role of the State in ensuring fair distribution in Vietnam today.

11. Practical applications:

This dissertation can serve as a document and source material for researchers, teachers, and students of Marxist-Leninist philosophy, and can also be a theoretical reference for current policy planning and socio-economic management.

The thesis examines the changes of relations in property ownership, organizing and managing production, and production distribution in Vietnam from 1986 until today through philosophical approach, in particular:

- The thesis analyzes changes of property objects, property ownerships and their structure and forms in the economy. The thesis addresses some major issues arising from that situation and focused on the problems arising from the understanding of the decision economic component in Vietnam today.

- The thesis describes the situation of renovations of models in organizing and managing production, of changes in subjects and means of organizing and managing production. On that basis, the thesis addresses the consequential issues and analyzes the role of the state in managing the economy in Vietnam nowadays.

- The thesis describes the situation of changes of subjects, objects, and forms of distribution. On that basis, the thesis analyzes the role of the state in assuring the fairness of production distribution in Vietnam today.

11. Practical applicability:

The thesis can be used as reference material for students of Marxist-Leninist Philosophy as well as for the making of Government policies on socio-economic administration.
