10. Summary of new results of the thesis:

The thesis points out the changes and issues arising from the changing reality of production relations in Vietnam from 1986 to present in terms of ownership relations, organizational relations, production management and distribution relations from a philosophical approach. Specifically:

- The thesis analyzes the changes in ownership objects, ownership subjects and ownership structures in the economy; identifies issues arising from the changing status of ownership relations, in which, analyzes some shortcomings arising from the concept of the main economic sector in Vietnam today.

- The thesis analyzes the current status of innovation in production organization and management models; changes in the subject of production organization and management and changes in the method of production organization and management; identifies issues arising from the current status of changes in production organization and management relations, in which, analyzes the issue of the role of the State in managing social production in Vietnam today.

- The thesis analyzes the current situation of changes in distribution subjects, distribution objects and distribution forms; identifies issues arising from the current situation of changes in distribution relations, in which, clarifies the role of the State in ensuring fair distribution in Vietnam today.

The thesis can be used as a document and data for those who research, teach and study Marxist-Leninist philosophy, and can be a reference theory for current policy making and socio-economic management.

The thesis examines the changes of relations in property ownership, organizing and managing production, and production distribution in Vietnam from 1986 until today through philosophical approach, in particular:

- The thesis analyzes changes of property objects, property ownerships and their structure and forms in the economy. The thesis addresses some major issues arising from that situation and focused on the problems arising from the understanding of the decision economic component in Vietnam today.

- The thesis describes the situation of renovations of models in organizing and managing production, of changes in subjects and means of organizing and managing production. On that basis, the thesis addresses the consequential issues and analyzes the role of the state in managing the economy in Vietnam nowadays.

- The thesis describes the situation of changes of subjects, objects, and forms of distribution. On that basis, the thesis analyzes the role of the state in assuring the fairness of production distribution in Vietnam today.

11. Practical applicability:

The thesis can be used as reference material for students of Marxist-Leninist Philosophy as well as for the making of Government policies on socio-economic administration.
