10. Summary of new results of the thesis:

The thesis has contributed to the development of a new research direction on the national liberation revolution in Vietnam. Based on the official sources of scholars and researchers at home and abroad, the thesis has clarified the system of concepts, the formation process, characteristics and content of Ho Chi Minh's thought on the national liberation revolution. On that basis, the thesis draws out the national and contemporary values, affirming the lasting vitality of Ho Chi Minh's thought on the national liberation revolution. That thought contributes to supplementing and developing the Marxist-Leninist theory on colonial revolution; promoting the national liberation movement in the world to rise up and fight for independence and freedom; contributing to the great victories of the Vietnamese revolution in the 20th century and is the basis for the Party's guidelines in formulating policies, strategies and methods to protect the Fatherland in the new current situation.

11. Practical application:

The thesis is used as a reference document for research and teaching of Ho Chi Minh studies, social sciences and humanities related to national issues, national liberation revolution and national sovereignty.

From the perspective of Ho Chi Minh studies, the research results of the thesis provide scientific arguments and foundations for the guidelines, policies and strategies for building and protecting the country's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity in the current period.

The thesis has contributed to develop a new research on national liberation revolutions in Vietnam. Based on authentic materials of research inside and outside the country, the thesis has specified the definition, formation process, characteristics, and contents of Ho Chi Minh's Ideology on national liberation revolutions. On this basis, the thesis evaluates the values ​​of the nation and times, affirms lasting vitality of Ho Chi Minh's Ideology on national liberation revolutions. This ideology contributes and develops Marxist and Leninist theory on colonial revolution, promotes the movement of liberation revolution all over the world for independence and freedom; contributing to the great victory of Vietnam's Revolution in twentieth century and is the basis of Communist party on planning policies, strategies, methods of the national protection in current situation

The thesis can be served as reference of research, teaching of Ho Chi Minh studies, social science and human related to national issues, national liberation revolutions and national sovereignty
