- This thesis clarifies the factors influencing the leadership of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee in the restructuring of the agricultural economy from 1997 to 2010.
- This dissertation systematizes the policies and directives of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee regarding the restructuring of the agricultural economy from 1997 to 2010.
- Initially, this paper presents observations on the achievements, limitations, and lessons learned from the process of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee leading the restructuring of the agricultural economy from 1997 to 2010.
- This contributes to providing more scientific arguments for the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee to continue leading the current agricultural economic restructuring to achieve higher efficiency.
11. Practical applications:
- This dissertation can serve as a reference for research and teaching on the revolutionary line of the Communist Party of Vietnam in general, and the line on agricultural economic development in particular.

10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- The thesis clarifies the factors which impacted the management of Communist Party Committee in Binh Duong Province about transferring the structure of agricultural economy from 1997 to 2010.
- Besides, the thesis systematizes all guidelines and directions about the shifting in agriculture economical structure during the period 1997 - 2010 by the Binh Duong Provincial Communist Party Committee.
- Initially, it indicates the achievements and limitations as well as withdraws some experiences from the process of the Communist Party Committee of Binh Duong Province relocating the agricultural economic structure from 1997 to 2010.
- Furthermore, the thesis contributes more scientific arguments about the process of transferring economic structure of agriculture which could help the Communist Party Committee in Binh Duong Province develop the policies more efficiency in current time.
11. Practical applicability:
- The thesis can be used as reference for researching and teaching the subject The Revolutionary Ways of the Communist Party of Vietnam in general; and the subject The Path of Development of Agricultural Economy in particular.
- The results of thesis can be considered as referent materials for policy makers of Binh Duong Province in order to build the programs or the plans of agricultural economic structure transferred in the next periods.
