10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- This dissertation systematizes the policies and directives of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on building the workforce (1996 - 2011). Through this, it objectively and truthfully reconstructs the process of building the workforce in Quang Ninh province under the leadership of the Party and the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee from 1996 to 2011.
- Drawing some observations and experiences in leading the workforce of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee from 1996 to 2011 to apply to reality.
- Contributing to the summary of the Party's leadership in building the working class during the renovation process through the practical experience of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee in leading the development of the workforce (1996 - 2011).
- This dissertation serves as a reference document for research and teaching of the history of Quang Ninh province and the history of the Party in academies and universities.
11. Practical applications:
Upon completion, this dissertation can be used as a reference document for research and teaching of the history of Quang Ninh province and the history of the Party in academies and universities.

10. Summary of new findings of the thesis:
- Based in the selective overview, the thesis demonstrates scientifically all the policies and guidances which were promoted for constructing the worker contingencies by the Party Committee of Quang Ninh Province during the period 1996-2011. Thereby, it objectively and truthfully reappears the building working staff process within Quang Ninh province through the leadership of the Central Party and Provincial Party Committee for 15 years.
- The thesis also draws out some crucial comments and experiences in leading the construction of worker contingency by the Quang Ninh Provincial Communist. Party Committee of from 1996 to 2011. Furthermore, they could be used and applied in many specific realistic situations.
- Besides, based on the real situation in Quang Ninh Province (1996 - 2011), the thesis contributes to recapitulate Central Party's leadership in worker group construction throughout the Doi Moi period,.
-The thesis is an important reference that could be provided for many purposes such as: researching and teaching about Quang Ninh Province's history as well as the Vietnam Communist Party's history in Academies and Universities.
