- The dissertation clearly outlines the historical context of the formation and construction of the political system of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam during the period 1945-1954. This historical context is not limited to the period of the dissertation (1945-1954) but is marked from 1930 with the birth of the Communist Party, which initiated the emergence of other elements in the political system, and was further perfected after the August Revolution.
- The thesis clearly outlines the structure of the political system of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam during the period 1945-1954, comprising the Party, the State, and the Front. However, depending on different historical circumstances, these components underwent structural and organizational changes, leading to certain impacts on the political system as a whole.
- This dissertation presents the process of improvement and operation of the elements within the political system of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam during the period 1945-1954. The improvement and operation of each element in the system not only plays a role in the improvement and operation of other elements but also plays a crucial role in the improvement process of the entire political system.

- The thesis highlights the historical context of the foundation and construction of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam's political system from 1945-1954. This historical context did not only confirm itself in the historical period from 1945-1954 but it was marked from 1930 with the foundation of the Communist Party, which led to the formulation of other factors in the political system and continued to be perfected after theAugust Revolution.
- The thesis clearly points out the structure of the political system of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam from 1945 to 1954, including the Party, the State and the Front. However, depending on the different historical conditions, those factors had both structural and organizational changes thus leading to certain impacts on the political system in general.
- The thesis presents the process, perfection and operation of the factors in the political system of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam during 1945-1954. The perfection and operation of each factor in the system not only plays a role in the perfection and operation of other factors, but also plays an important role in the perfection of the whole political system.
- The thesis then shows the overall operation of the entire political system of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam from 1945 to 1954 and the impacts of this activity on the victory of the Anti-French resistance war.
