1. Purpose and research objects of the thesis
1.1 Research purpose

Research the theory and reality of active participation in social activities, clarify the reality of expression and level of active participation in social activities of workers, analyze factors affecting this situation. On that basis, propose some social psychological measures to enhance active participation in social activities of workers.

1.2 Research subjects

Expression and level of active participation in social activities of workers in industrial zones.

The author uses methods of analysis, synthesis, and generalization in theoretical research as well as practical research of scientific works on the situation of active participation in social activities of workers in the world and in Vietnam.

Qualitative and quantitative data were processed numerically using descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS 22.0 software.

3.1 Main results

General assessment of tactively participate in social activities of workers

In general, 52.9% of respondents actively participated at a high level in the range approaching (median score = 3.04, GPA = 3.07; SD = 0.22); Thus, the GPA distribution is mostly from > 3.04 to 5.0 - equivalent to approaching a score of 3 "Somewhat agree" to a score of 5 "strongly agree"); 47.1% self-assessed their positivity at a low level (the GPA distribution ranges from > 2.2 to 3.04 equivalent to approaching a score of 2 "partly agree" to approaching a score of below 3 "Somewhat agree".

In terms of manifestations, the aspect of persistent action and efforts to overcome difficulties with a high DTB level accounts for the highest percentage of 56.2%, the aspect of awareness of the meaning and benefits of participating in social activities with a high DTB level is the lowest, accounting for 26.9%, followed by the aspect of readiness to take the initiative with a high DTB level = 43.3%.

The influence of some factors onactive participation in social activities of workers

     Subjective factors include:The need for communication, the need to care about doing good deeds for the collective and the community, the sense of responsibility, and the motivation to participate of workers.

Objective factors include: How to organize social activities in enterprises, how to manage activities, policies to encourage participation in social activities of enterprises, working environment and conditions of employees

The results show that subjective and objective factors strongly influence workers' participation in social activities, p - value < 0.05 is statistically significant.

The combination of synthetic factors has a strong influence on the active participation of workers in social activities with (r2=0.673, p<0.001). The combination of these factors explains 67.3% of the variation in the active participation in social activities of employees. This means that if there is a positive impact at the same time on all factors such as: Need to care about doing good deeds, need to communicate, sense of responsibility, business policy, organization method, management method, environment and working conditions, the expression of active participation in social activities of employees in the study will be very positive.

3.2Conclude discussion

In theory

Studies in the world and in Vietnam have shown that active participation in social activities is also of interest and researched from many different perspectives. Active participation in social activities of workers is understood asIDEAWorkers' self-awareness is expressed in awareness, proactive readiness and persistent action.,strive to overcome difficulties to bring results.

Workers' active participation in social activities is a combination of awareness, proactive readiness, persistent action, and efforts to overcome difficulties when participating in social activities.

Factors affecting employees' active participation in social activities include: the need to care about doing good deeds, the need to communicate, sense of responsibility, motivation to participate, company policies, organization methods, management methods, working conditions and environment.

- Active participation in social activities is divided into two levels: high and low, so the rate of active participation at specific levels is different.

Employees self-assess their participation in social activities at an average level.

- The research results from 02 typical cases also show a deeper insight into the expression of high and low active workers. Besides, it also points out some factors that have the greatest influence on active participation in social activities.

- The above practical research results have answered the research questions of the thesis and will be the basis for the group of authors to further explore some issues related to the active participation of employees in social activities such as: Building policies for enterprises, building organizational methods, management methods, working environment and conditions and participation in social activities in the process of developing enterprises and the community.

On that basis, a number of psychometric measures are proposed to raise the activeness of social activity participation by laborers

Manifestation, the level of activeness of social activity participation by laborers and the correlation of positiveness with the factors affecting activeness of social activity participation by laborers.

3.1 The main results

General assessment on the activeness of social activity participation by laborers

Activeness in general were 52.9% at high levels (Median = 3.04, Mean = 3.04, SD = 0.22). Thus, distribution of mean point mostly from> 3.04 to 5.0 - equivalent to Proximity Point 3 "Quite agree" to point 5 "very agree"); 47.1% of self-assessments were low distribution of mean point ranging from> 2.2 to 3.04, which is equivalent to that of Proximity Point 2, "partially agreeing to" approaching below 3 "agree".

In terms of the manifestation of the activeness of social activity participation are, mean of the effort to overcome the difficulty at hight level is the highest rate with 56.2%, the cognition of the benefits of participation in social activities was the lowest, accounting for 26.9%, followed by a high level of readiness to take the initiative is 43.3%.

The impact of some factors on activeness of social activity participation by laborers

The subjective factors include: accountability, Empathy, communication needs. The objective factors include: the way of organizing social activities, policies of enterprises, environment and working conditions.

The results show that both of subjective and objective factors strongly influence the social participation of employees, p - value <0.05 is significantly significant.

The combination of aggregate factors strongly influences on the activeness social participation by laborers (r2= 0.673, p < 0.001). The combination of these factors accounts for 67.3% of the variation in the activity of social participation by laborers. This means that if there is a positive impact at the same time, all the factors such as: accountability, Empathy, communication needs, the way of organizing social activities, policies of enterprises, environment and working conditions the activeness of social participation by laborers in the research will be positive.

3.2Conclusion

From the results of theoretical and practical studies on “the activeness of social activity particiation by laborers in some industrial zones in the North”, some conclusions can be drawn:

The literature of the activeness of social activity particiation by laborers of the world and Vietnam is also studied in different ways.It can be understood that activeness of social activity participation is self-consciousness of the laborers, expressed in the of cognition of the laborers, available, proactiveness and effort.

The activeness of social activity participation by laborers is a whole between the sides of the cognition of the laborers, availability, proactiveness, and effort.

The activeness of social activity participation by laborers in some industrial zones in the North is influenced by many factors. Of which there are subjective factors (accountability, Empathy, communication needs) and objective factors (enterprise policy, organizational ways, environment and working conditions)

The results of the study on the actual situation show that the level of active participation in social activities by laborers is not high. The manifestations of activeness of social participation activity are also different. At different learning levels, different degrees, different positions, active participation levels of social activities are also different.

The study results from 02 typical cases also show a more in-depth view on the manifestation of the laborers with low, average and high activity. It also shows some of the factors that have the most influence on their activeness of social activity participation.

There are many factors that influence the activeness of social activity participation by laborers, such as the accountability, Empathy, communication needs, enterprise policies, organization ways, environment and working conditions. In which thethe accountability, Empathy most influential factors to the activeness of social activity participation by laborers. The communication needs factors, laborers organization ways, environment and working conditions have certain influence on the activeness of social activity participation by laborers.

The results of this practical research have answered the research questions of the thesis and will be the basis for the author to learn more about some related issues such as the development of policies for enterprises, formation of organizational ways, environment and working conditions and participation in social activities in enterprise and community development progress.
