Social capital plays a crucial role not only in human resources' access to employment, opportunities for skills development and training, career advancement, and professional growth, but also in providing initial support to help human resources adapt well to job requirements, the work environment, and organizational standards. This support not only helps human resources find opportunities but also helps them cope with risks and challenges.

Furthermore, social capital plays a role in helping individuals participate in the process of rebuilding new social capital, such as engaging in social activities. At the same time, young human resources also rely on social capital to obtain support in terms of both material and spiritual well-being.

However, in some cases, social capital can also create job difficulties for the workforce, or act as a barrier to career advancement, creativity, and the expression of individuality.

Objective factors such as legal policies, the fairness of management, and issues of family lineage, lifestyle, and local customs and traditions influence decisions regarding the mobilization and utilization of social capital from human resources for development. In addition, subjective factors such as the proactiveness of young human resources also affect the extent and effectiveness of individual mobilization of social capital for development.
