Summary of thesis results: The thesis has generally outlined the functions and tasks of the Central Party Office Archives Department; the concept, purpose, requirements, principles, and process of document digitization; and simultaneously surveyed and evaluated the situation of document digitization at the Central Party Archives. Based on this, solutions are proposed to accelerate the digitization of documents at the Central Party Archives in the future.

Chapter I primarily covers the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Archives Department of the Central Party Office; the volume, composition, and content of documents in the Central Party Archives; and a basic overview of document digitization.
Chapter IIThe current state of document digitization at the Central Archives.
Based on practical experience and surveys of document digitization work at the Central Party Archives over the past period, we have made assessments and observations on the advantages and limitations of document digitization work at the Central Party Archives.
Chapter IIISome solutions aimed at improving the quality of document digitization at the Central Party Archives.
Based on the current state of document digitization at the Central Party Archives, we propose several solutions to accelerate the digitization process at the Central Party Archives.
11. Practical applications: This provides a basis for the Central Office Archives Department to review and evaluate the document digitization work at the Central Party Archives in the past and identify some operational shortcomings affecting document digitization; at the same time, it helps the Central Office Archives Department accelerate the document digitization process at the Central Party Archives, moving towards building a digital archive.
The results of this project can also assist archival agencies within the Party system in digitizing their documents, aiming to build digital archives in the near future.
12. Future research directions: Continue research and broader exploration to develop digital solutions and technologies suitable for the development trends of information technology and archiving.

Through the real work and study of the material digitalization in the Archives Storage of the Central Party Committee, we assess and comment on the advantages and disadvantages of this mission.

From the real situation of the material digitalization at the Archives Storage of the Central Party Committee, we would like to suggest several solutions to hasten the work.
11.Practical applicability: The thesis supposes good reasons for the Archives Department of the Central Party Committee to recognize and assess its material digitalization mission last time and some weak points of the professional competence that affects the work of material digitization. This helps the Archives Department of the Central Party Committee Office to hasten its digitalization as a basis to build the Digital Archives Storage.
The thesis results may even be useful for archives agencies in digitalizing their material with a view to building digital archives storages in the fourth coming time.
12.Further research directions: Continue to have further research to put forward solutions and technologies in accordance with the developing trend of the information technology as well as the archives mission.
