Chapter IIThe work of promoting the value of documents from the Central Party Archives from 2000 to 2012.
Through practical experience and surveys on the work of promoting the value of documents in the Central Party Archives over the past 10 years, this thesis has compiled and statistically analyzed the results and effectiveness of promoting the value of documents in the Central Party Archives over the past 10 years. Based on this, the author comments on and points out some advantages and limitations of the work of promoting the value of documents in the Central Party Archives.
Chapter IIIThe study proposes several solutions to enhance the value of documents from the Central Party Archives.
Based on the current situation regarding the promotion of the value of documents in the Central Party Archives, we propose several solutions to further enhance the value of documents in the Central Party Archives in particular and the documents of the Communist Party of Vietnam Archives in general: solutions regarding archival practices, solutions regarding the forms of promoting the value of documents in the Central Party Archives, solutions regarding the value of the documents themselves...
11. Practical applicability: This serves as a basis for the Central Party Office Archives Department to review and evaluate the work of promoting the value of Party archival documents in the past and identify some shortcomings in operational procedures that affect the promotion of document value; at the same time, it helps the Central Party Office Archives Department to further improve the quality of its work in promoting the value of documents from the Central Party Archives.
The results of this project can also help many researchers understand the value of the Party Archives in general and the value of documents preserved in the Central Party Archives in particular. This will help researchers in science, history, or individuals, families, and clans find a reliable source of information for research and policy-making.

10. Summary of the Results of the Thesis: This thesis presents the components, volumes, contents and value of documents preserved in the Central Party Archives Storage. It also made an investigation and evaluation of the usage of documents preserved in the Central Party Archives Storage in the period of 2000-2012. Based on the findings, the thesis makes recommendations on how to enhance the value of these documents in the future.
Chapter I.Contents, components and value of documents preserved in the Central Party Archives Storage.
In this chapter, I mainly present the functions, missions and organizational structure of Central Party Archives Office and the volume, components, contents and value of documents preserved in the Central Party Archives Storage. Based on the research, I have carefully analyzed the values of documents preserved in the Central Party Archives Storage on some fields, such as history, politics, culture, and so on.
Chapter II.The publicity and the promotion of the documents in Central Party Archives Storage in the period of 2000-2012.
Through hands-on experience and investigation of the publicity and promotion of the documents in the Central Party Archives Storage, we have made an analysis and statistics of the results and effectiveness of the usage of documents in the Central Party Archives Storage in the past 10 years. Based on the findings, we have mainly made evaluations and remarks on the advantages and disadvantages of the publicity and the promotion of documents in the Central Party Archives Storage.
Chapter III.Recommendations on some solutions to publicize the documents in the Central Party Archives Storage.
Based on the current situation of the usage of documents in the Central Party Archives Storage, we formed some recommendations on how to make better use of these documents in particular as well as those in the in the Vietnam Communist Party Archives Fonds in general. We centrally bring out some solutions, such as: professional methods; diversified publicities and so on.
11. Practical application: To help Central Party Archives Office self-evaluate their work in enhancing the value of the Central Party documents in the past years and recognize some disadvantages in this work. This also helps Central Party Archives Office strengthen the promotion of documents in the Central Party Archives Storage.
Findings and analysis of the thesis also help many researchers know the value of the documents in the Vietnam Communist Party Archives Fonds in general as well as those in the Central Party Archives Storage in particular, which in turn helps researchers, historians, interested individuals and descendents of related families know a reliable address to search for information for their own research or purposes.
12. Recommended future research: To investigate more in the solutions for enhancement of the publicity and the promotion of the value of the documents preserved in the Vietnam Communist Party Archives Fonds.
