The topic "Public opinion on compensation, support and resettlement in Hanoi City today - case study in Duong Noi Ward and Phu Luong Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City" aims to find out opinions, assessments, comments and satisfaction of people with this work, from which recommendations can be made to improve the effectiveness of current state management of land. The study shows that most people are very interested in compensation, support and resettlement, especially the level of compensation and support. However, current compensation policies have not really ensured the interests of the people. Specifically, the compensation level is often much lower than the market price of land, besides, the policy of supporting life after recovery has not been effectively implemented, and the resettlement areas do not meet the requirements. This leads to people's dissatisfaction and even opposition and frustration with the current compensation, support and resettlement work.

The thesis "Social Opinion on the tasks of compensation, support and resettlement in Hanoi" (case studies of Duong Noi and Phu Luong Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi) aims to explore people's ideas, reviews, comments and satisfaction on this work, which can make recommendations to help improve efficiency in the management of state land today. Research shows that most people pay much attention to compensation, support and resettlement, especially compensation and assistance. However, the current compensation policies do not really guarantee benefits of people. Particularly, the level of compensation is usually much lower than the market price of land, besides, the support policies after recovery have not been effectively implemented, the resettlement sites do not meet standards. This led to unpleasant, pressing even protesting attitudes of people about the work of compensation, support and resettlement in Hanoi today.
