During the course of our research, we achieved the following results:

Firstly, this paper provides an overview of the development history, organizational structure, and archival documents of the Vietnam Maritime Corporation and clarifies the necessity of scientifically organizing archival documents within the Vietnam Maritime Corporation.

Secondly, to survey and assess the existing shortcomings in archiving practices at the Vietnam Maritime Corporation.

Thirdly, develop a plan for organizing scientific documentation at the Vietnam Maritime Corporation that is consistent with scientific theory and enterprise practice.

12. Practical applications:

The results of this thesis will serve as a valuable reference and application for archival work at Vietnam Maritime Corporation, while also contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of archival work for the archival sector in general and Vietnam Maritime Corporation in particular.

Finally, set up a plan to archive documents at Vietnam National Shipping Lines in appropriate scientific reasoning and current practices at the Corporation.
