+ In terms of theory: the thesis has pointed out the core points of this school of thought on creating work motivation through satisfying basic needs for workers, using appropriate leadership styles and building appropriate working environments; the positive contributions of the school to the history of management thought in general and human resource management in particular, especially the work of creating work motivation for workers; the limitations that need to be overcome in the school's management perspective.

+ In terms of practice: the thesis has pointed out the positive and negative impacts of the current situation of motivating lecturers at the University of Science; at the same time, it proposes solutions to improve the quality of human resource management at the University of Science through motivational measures from the perspective of the psychological-social school.
