10. Summary of the thesis results:
Through the three chapters of this thesis, starting from the theoretical and practical foundations of cultural and spiritual tourism in Lang Son, based on surveys and assessments of the values of relics and festivals dedicated to the Mother Goddess in Lang Son, and evaluating the current state of exploiting these values to serve tourism activities, we propose solutions for the development of tourism in Lang Son. We have drawn the following conclusions regarding the content and research results of this thesis:
Firstly, each festival is associated with a specific historical site; historical and cultural sites and festivals are two elements that coexist and develop together. The larger the historical site, the larger the festival. Festivals are also organized to commemorate national heroes, reflecting the traditional Vietnamese principle of "drinking water, remembering the source." Festivals are comprehensive socio-cultural activities with high educational and artistic value. Festivals connect people in terms of consciousness, aesthetic ideals, and morality, while simultaneously satisfying people's spiritual needs.
Secondly, Lang Son is a locality rich in tangible and intangible cultural heritage, most notably the temples dedicated to the Mother Goddess and the Tam Phu Mother Goddess worship tradition of the Vietnamese people. The Mother Goddess worship festival in Lang Son is a form of spiritual and cultural activity associated with the Mother Goddess worship tradition. The temple space and festival activities also serve as a place to preserve, conserve, and promote the values of the intangible cultural heritage of the world, namely the belief and practice of Mother Goddess worship. Researching the relics and festivals of Mother Goddess worship in Lang Son is a practical and important undertaking that contributes to the preservation and promotion of the Mother Goddess worship heritage in Lang Son in particular and in Vietnam in general, while also educating future generations to cherish and preserve the precious heritage of their ancestors.
Thirdly, the case study of two temples and festivals dedicated to the Mother Goddess in Lang Son clarifies many valuable aspects contained within these tangible and intangible cultural heritage sites. The history of the formation, existence, and development of the two temples dedicated to the Mother Goddess is closely linked to the activities of the festival, which is both solemn and lively in the locality. The historical, cultural, humanistic, spiritual, and economic-tourism values of the temples and the Mother Goddess festival have great and practical significance for local residents as well as tourists. They are the soul of the spiritual and cultural life of the local community, and are an attraction and potential for tourism development.
Fourthly, our country is currently undergoing industrialization and modernization, with many changes in both material and spiritual aspects of society. However, this has also significantly impacted cultural activities in general and festivals in particular. In the current period, preserving and developing festivals is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, we need appropriate management measures to develop festivals in a way that both preserves the traditional beauty of the nation and meets the cultural needs of the people, contributing to the economic development of the country.
Research on the favorable and unfavorable conditions for exploiting, promoting, and preserving the values of relics and festivals at Bac Le Temple and Mau Dong Dang Temple in Lang Son also contributes to promoting tourism development in Lang Son. From this, the best solutions can be proposed for promoting and preserving the relics of Bac Le Temple, Mau Dong Dang Temple, and the Mother Goddess worship festival in Lang Son.

11. Practical applications:
I hope that my thesis will contribute to the development of cultural tourism at the Bac Le Temple and Mau Dong Dang Temple festivals in Lang Son province through research on the current state of exploitation, preservation, and promotion of the values of these relics and festivals; bringing economic and cultural benefits to the local people. Through surveying the current state of the festivals and relics, we can identify advantages for promoting existing values. Furthermore, by understanding the values that cultural tourism brings, we can propose projects for preserving, conserving, and transmitting the traditional cultural features of the local people. At the same time, by identifying shortcomings in the organization of festivals and the preservation of cultural relics, and understanding the causes, we can develop timely solutions to improve festival management. This will ultimately enhance the quality of tourism services in the locality.
12. Future research directions:
Research into architectural and artistic relics and traditional festivals held in different regions is a crucial and fascinating area of study for gaining a deeper understanding of the cultural life of ethnic groups. It provides a basis for tourism managers and businesses to develop solutions for preserving and promoting tourism activities. This is also our next research direction.
