10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis studies the issue of building a financial autonomy model for Party newspapers in the Mekong Delta (Survey of Ca Mau, Soc Trang, and Can Tho newspapers). Through surveying, analyzing, and evaluating the financial autonomy of Ca Mau, Soc Trang, and Can Tho newspapers during the 2018-2020 period, and surveying the opinions of officials and employees working in financial management at these Party newspapers, the thesis concludes on how the financial autonomy model for Party newspapers in the Mekong Delta is being built.
Through surveys and analysis of real-world data, this thesis presents the successes in building a financial autonomy model for Party newspapers in the Mekong Delta. At the same time, the thesis points out the limitations in building a financial autonomy model for Party newspapers in the Mekong Delta, specifically in Ca Mau, Soc Trang, and Can Tho, such as: policy mechanisms, the capacity and management capabilities of the governing bodies, and human resources at these newspapers.
Based on clarifying the theoretical and practical issues of financial autonomy in the local Party newspapers of Ca Mau, Soc Trang, and Can Tho, and through in-depth interviews with leaders of these media agencies, this thesis provides an overview of the issue of building a financial autonomy model for the local Party newspapers of Ca Mau, Soc Trang, and Can Tho; and proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of financial autonomy in the local Party newspapers of Ca Mau, Soc Trang, and Can Tho in particular, and the Party newspapers of the Mekong Delta region in general, in the future.
11. Practical Application: Analyzing and evaluating the current state of financial autonomy of Party newspapers in Ca Mau, Soc Trang, and Can Tho during the period 2018-2020 will help managers understand the shortcomings and limitations in their agencies' financial autonomy. From there, they can propose solutions to overcome these limitations and improve the effectiveness of financial autonomy in the Party newspapers of Ca Mau, Soc Trang, and Can Tho in the future.
12. Future research directions: The research results of this thesis can be studied and considered for application by other local Party newspapers to improve the effectiveness of their own local Party newspapers' financial autonomy.

The thesis researches the issue of building financial autonomy model of Party newspaper agencies in Mekong Delta (survey newspaper Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho). Through surveying, analyzing and evaluating financial autonomy issues of Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho newspapers in the period of 2018-2020 and surveying opinions of officers and employees working in financial management at the Party newspaper agencies in Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho, the thesis has drawn conclusions about the information on how to build financial autonomy model of Party newspaper agencies in Mekong Delta (Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho newspapers).
Through survey and actual data analysis, the thesis shows the successes in building financial autonomy model of the Party newspaper agencies in Mekong Delta. At the same time, the thesis autonomy has pointed out the limitations in building financial model of Party newspaper agencies in Mekong Delta (Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho newspapers), such as: Regarding mechanism, policy, management capacity of the governing body, human resources at the newspapers...
On the basis of clarifying theoretical and practical issues of financial autonomy of local Party newspaper agencies in Ca Mau, Soc Trang, Can Tho and by in-depth interviews with senior officers of the newspaper agencies, the thesis has given an overview of the issue of building financial autonomy model of local Party newspaper agencies in Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho; it has proposed a number of solutions to improve the efficiency of financial autonomy of local Party newspaper agencies in Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho in particular and Party newspaper agencies in the Mekong Delta region in general in the coming time.

Practical applicability: The analysis and assessment of the status of financial autonomy of Party newspaper agencies in Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho in the period 2018 - 2020 shall help managers grasp the dangers and limitations in their agencies' financial autonomy. From which, solutions are proposed to overcome these limitations and improve the efficiency of financial autonomy of Party newspaper agencies in Ca Mau, Soc Trang and Can Tho in the coming time.
