Through the process of surveying and analyzing the management of traditional festivals, the cultural characteristics and role of traditional festivals in the lives of local people, with the intrinsic changes from the festivals themselves during the period (2010 – 2020), this thesis provides an assessment of achievements, difficulties and obstacles, and their causes. Based on this, it proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of traditional festival management, so that traditional festivals truly live up to their role and significance in modern society.

From the reality, the author did the survey, analysis and assessment of Thuong Tin traditional festivals management. It contains major roles of cultural characteristics in local daily works duration 2010 -2020. The author points out some of advantages and disadvantages to the local management and proposed the actions to improve quality and efficiency local festivals management, which shall support to local traditional festivals actually staying in local society despite the fact of morden life effecting to.
The outcome of ethis will be a good research for government administration management organizations to do their plans and actual practices to other traditional festivals management.
