At the working session with the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, delegates focused on discussing and exchanging information to grasp the reality in Ca Mau, thereby summarizing, evaluating, and building a theoretical and practical basis to serve the planning of guidelines and strategies for national construction and development and protection until 2030, with a vision to 2045; serving the summary and evaluation of the implementation process of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress and preparing to build documents for the 14th National Party Congress.
Speaking at the working session, the delegation of the Central Theoretical Council emphasized that, in the face of many difficulties, Ca Mau province has made great efforts in implementing the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, Party building, building the political system and most importantly, building and developing culture, society and people of Ca Mau, achieving many positive results. Thereby, it is recommended that Ca Mau province continue to promote the achieved results, thoroughly grasp and well implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025 and fully and synchronously implement the tasks and solutions to build and develop culture, society and people.

In Soc Trang, the Working Group of the Central Theoretical Council surveyed and coordinated to organize a scientific discussion on the implementation of the task of building and developing Vietnamese culture, society and people in the province over 30 years of renovation, focusing on the last 10 years and the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, at the Meeting Room of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
Members of the delegation discussed, questioned and clarified with the locality a number of issues such as: connecting, promoting and advertising tourism, the image of people and land of Soc Trang; digital transformation; administrative reform; investment in tourism and cultural development and key investment projects and works; religion and religious beliefs of the locality in tourism development and enterprises; honoring policies for artisans related to culture; outstanding features of Soc Trang culture (convergence of 3 ethnic groups); to further develop local culture, what specifically does Soc Trang need to solve?
