During the working session with the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, delegates focused on discussing and exchanging information to understand the practical situation in Ca Mau, thereby summarizing, evaluating, and building a theoretical and practical basis to serve the planning of guidelines and strategies for national construction and development and defense of the Fatherland until 2030, with a vision to 2045; serving to summarize and evaluate the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress and preparing for the drafting of documents for the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Speaking at the working session, the delegation from the Central Theoretical Council emphasized that, despite many difficulties, Ca Mau province has made many efforts in implementing socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security, Party building, building the political system, and most importantly, building and developing culture, society, and people of Ca Mau, achieving many positive results. Therefore, they requested Ca Mau province to continue to build on these achievements, thoroughly understand and effectively implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025; and fully and comprehensively implement the tasks and solutions for building and developing culture, society, and people.

Associate Professor Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and member of the Central Theoretical Council - has made many important contributions to the building and development of culture and people in Ca Mau province.
Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Thanh Ngai highly appreciated the working session with the Central Theoretical Council's delegation. He affirmed that Ca Mau province consistently adheres to and seriously implements the viewpoint that "culture must be placed on par with economics, politics, and society," thereby focusing on leading and directing the effective implementation of the work of building and developing culture, society, and people of Ca Mau for comprehensive development in both intellect and physical health, aiming towards the values of truth, goodness, and beauty. The results of the working session will serve as an important basis and direction for Ca Mau province to research, summarize, evaluate, and prepare for the drafting of documents for the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
In Soc Trang, the Working Group of the Central Theoretical Council conducted a survey and coordinated a scientific seminar on the situation of implementing the tasks of building and developing Vietnamese culture, society, and people in the province over 30 years of reform, focusing on the last 10 years, and the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, at the meeting room of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
Members of the delegation exchanged views, raised questions, and clarified several issues with the local authorities, such as: connecting, promoting, and advertising tourism, the image of the people and land of Soc Trang; digital transformation; administrative reform; investment in tourism and cultural development and key investment projects; the role of local religion and beliefs in tourism and business development; policies honoring artisans related to culture; the outstanding characteristics of Soc Trang culture (the convergence of three ethnic groups); and what specific obstacles Soc Trang needs to overcome to further develop its local culture…
