Attending and directing the Conference were Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal, Comrade Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - President of the School Trade Union, comrades in the Executive Board of the School Trade Union and chairmen of the department trade unions.
Speaking at the Conference, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the activities of the 30th School Union Executive Committee, term 2017 - 2023, and emphasized that the upcoming tasks will require higher requirements. The School Union, in preparing for the congress, needs to ensure the process with the highest humane spirit to successfully organize the 31st School Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028 and elect a new School Union Executive Committee to continue to lead the School's union movement to achieve further success together with the School's leadership to build the School stronger and stronger.

At the Conference, comrade Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - President of the School Trade Union, on behalf of the School Trade Union Executive Committee, presented the criteria and standards for re-election of personnel according to Instruction No. 49/HD-CĐ DHVNHN dated July 26, 2022 of the Hanoi National University Trade Union on a number of personnel work contents of the Congress of the trade union at the direct superior level and the grassroots trade union under the Vietnam Education Trade Union.
The conference voted to introduce re-elected personnel according to the 5-step process and unanimously introduced 10 comrades of the School Trade Union Executive Committee and 02 comrades of the School Trade Union Inspection Committee to be re-elected to participate in the School Trade Union Executive Committee and the School Trade Union Inspection Committee for the 31st term, 2023-2028 term.
