Attending and directing the Conference were Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal, Ms. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - President of the School Trade Union, comrades in the Executive Board of the School Trade Union and chairmen of the department trade unions.
Speaking at the Conference, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the activities of the 30th Executive Committee of the School Trade Union, term 2017 - 2023, and emphasized that the upcoming tasks will require higher requirements. The School Trade Union, in preparing for the congress, needs to ensure the process with the highest humane spirit to successfully organize the 31st School Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028 and elect a new School Trade Union Executive Committee to continue to lead the School's trade union movement to achieve further successes together with the School's leaders to build the School stronger and stronger.

At the Conference, comrade Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - President of the School's Trade Union, on behalf of the School's Trade Union Executive Committee, presented the criteria and standards for re-election of personnel according to Instruction No. 49/HD-CĐ DHVNHN dated July 26, 2022 of the Hanoi National University Trade Union on some personnel work contents of the Congress of the direct superior trade union at the grassroots level and the grassroots trade union under the Vietnam Education Trade Union.
The conference conducted a vote to introduce re-elected personnel according to the 5-step process and unanimously introduced 10 comrades of the School Union Executive Committee and 02 comrades of the School Union Inspection Committee to be re-elected to the School Union Executive Committee and the School Union Inspection Committee for the 31st term, 2023-2028.
