The Faculty of Archival Science and Office Administration's Trade Union successfully organized the "Trade Union Congress for the 2023 - 2028 term"

This congress has the important task of summarizing and objectively and comprehensively evaluating the implementation results of the Resolution of the Congress of Delegates of the Trade Union of the Faculty of Archival Science and Office Administration for the 2017-2023 term, and at the same time determining the direction and tasks of the Faculty Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term.
Attending the congress were comrade Tran Thi Dieu - Vice President of the School's Trade Union; comrade Cam Anh Tuan - Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Faculty; comrade Ha Thi Hiep - President of the Faculty's Trade Union and union members of the Faculty of Archival Science and Office Administration.
The Congress approved the Report of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Faculty of Archival Science and Office Administration for the 2017-2023 term, the direction and tasks for the 2023-2028 term, the Review Report of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2017-2023 term and provided comments on the draft Report of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
During the past term, despite some difficulties, especially in the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Trade Union of the Faculty of Archival Science and Office Administration has well organized activities and emulation movements; mobilized and propagated trade union members to well implement the programs of activities set out by the Executive Committee. The work of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers and trade union members has been carried out regularly, seriously and achieved good results. With continuous efforts and endeavors, during the past term, the Trade Union of the Faculty of Archival Science and Office Administration has been assessed by the superior Trade Union as a strong trade union and received a certificate of merit from the Trade Union of Hanoi National University. Many trade union officials were awarded certificates of merit by the Trade Union of Hanoi National University and many officials received certificates of merit from the University Trade Union.
 
In addition, the report also sets out specific directions for the Union Executive Committee's activities in the new term, including 8 main tasks and solutions, and is determined to continue innovating the content and methods of operation, building a team of union members, civil servants, employees, and an increasingly strong faculty union organization.
Also at the Congress, opinions closely followed the practical situation to propose a number of practical issues for the Trade Union of the Faculty of Archival Science and Office Administration in the next term to continue to innovate in professional work, scientific research, publication of scientific articles in specialized journals and international journals; work to develop a strong Trade Union organization; participate in Party building, develop Party members; promote emulation movements, study tours with characteristics of the Faculty Trade Union.
In the spirit of solidarity and democracy, the Congress of the Trade Union of the Faculty of Archival Science and Office Administration elected the Executive Committee for the term 2023 - 2028 consisting of 03 comrades:
1/ Comrade Le Thi Nguyet Luu
2/ Comrade Dang Thi Kim Chi
3/ Comrade Do Thu Hien.
The Congress voted to approve the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Faculty Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term and elected a delegation of 04 union members to attend the School Trade Union Congress.
The Congress of the Trade Union of the Faculty of Archival Science and Office Administration for the 2023-2028 term was a great success. All union members, officials, civil servants and employees of the Trade Union of the Faculty of Archival Science and Office Administration are determined to strive to successfully implement the Congress Resolution, contributing to the successful completion of the unit's political tasks./.
