The Trade Union of the Administrative Block I successfully held its Congress for the 2023-2028 term.

Attending and directing the congress was Comrade Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh, President of the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, representing the Standing Committee of the Trade Union Executive Board. The congress was attended by 24 out of 25 union members of the unit.
The Congress approved the Summary Report on all aspects of the 2017-2023 term, and provided feedback on the operational direction of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union I of the Administrative Block and the operational direction of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for the 2023-2028 term.
In an atmosphere of unity, urgency, and transparency, the Congress achieved great success and elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term with 3 members:
