University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU

The Master of Archival Studies program of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU) opens up opportunities for students to improve their professional qualifications and broaden their international horizons, especially through the Erasmus+ exchange scholarship at Aix-Marseille University (France) for a period of 04 months. This is the only postgraduate program in Vietnam in the field of Archival Studies that offers the opportunity to study and research at one of the leading universities in Europe.

At the working session on June 8, 2025, the two sides discussed many cooperation opportunities in training and research in the field of archival studies.

In order to contribute to standardizing the capacity and improving the professional qualifications of the administrative - office, secretarial and assistant staff at agencies, organizations and enterprises nationwide, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi organizes the enrollment of the short-term training course "Secretary profession" in August - September 2025.

The workshop was jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU; the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM and FSI Technology Development and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company on July 31, 2025.

The major in Digital Documentation and Archives of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will help students become experts in managing modern electronic documents and digital data, meeting the requirements of comprehensive digital transformation in agencies and organizations.

This morning, June 24, 2025, nearly 100 staff and lecturers of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, Hanoi participated in a specialized training session on time management skills and effective work organization. The training session was directly shared and instructed by Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Thi Phung - Former Head of the Department of Archival Studies and Office Administration; former member of the Executive Committee of the University's Trade Union; Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Records and Archives.

This morning, June 11, 2025, representatives of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) and Jeonnam Research Institute (JNI), Korea had a working session and signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in many aspects of activities.

In order to meet the needs of standardization, training and improvement of qualifications in the field of administration - office and document - archive at central and local agencies, organizations and enterprises, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi respectfully announces the enrollment plan for the certificate training course "Administrative - Office and Document - Archive Skills and Proficiency" and the course "Document - Archive Proficiency" in June-July 2025.
