With many years of dedication to teaching, Associate Professor Dr. Dao Xuan Chuc is not only a passionate scientist but also a teacher who has made significant contributions to teaching and developing training programs in Archival Studies and Office Management in Vietnam.

Associate Professor and Meritorious Teacher Vuong Dinh Quyen is one of the teachers who left a special mark, from being an exemplary educator and a dedicated scientist to making important contributions to the development of archival studies and archival training institutions in Vietnam.

As the first Dean of the Faculty and with over 40 years of teaching experience at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Associate Professor and Meritorious Teacher Nguyen Van Ham is one of the first generation of staff members who directly contributed to the formation and development of the fields of Archival Studies and Office Management.

There are teachers who not only leave their mark through lectures or research, but also contribute to shaping the image and transformation of a field of study. For the Department of Archival Studies and Office Management, Associate Professor, Doctor, and Meritorious Teacher Vu Thi Phung is one such person – a dedicated educator, a passionate scientist, and someone who has spent many years accompanying the Department's journey of building, maturing, and developing.

From September 9th to 11th, 2026, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (specifically the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management) collaborated with Viettel Customer Service Company to organize a training course on "Project Management of Archival Document Digitization". With content designed to connect theory with practice, the course contributed to affirming the effectiveness of the cooperation model between educational institutions and businesses in developing human resources for document management, archiving, and digital transformation.

On September 7, 2026, at Regiment 764, Nghe An Provincial Military Command, the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), in coordination with the Office of the Ministry of National Defence and the IV Military Region Command, held the opening ceremony of the 2026 training course on Archival and Records Management.

[VOV2] - Military Region 1, in coordination with the Office of the Ministry of National Defense and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, organized a training course on document management, security, and archiving in 2026 for nearly 300 trainees.

On July 20, 2026, at the Military School of Military Region 9 (Can Tho City), the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (specifically the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management) collaborated with the Office of the Ministry of National Defense and the Command of Military Region 9 to organize the opening ceremony of the training course "Document Management and Archiving" for officials working in document management and archiving at the commune-level military commands and agencies and units under Military Region 9. This program continues the success of previous training courses held at the Hanoi Capital Command and Military Region 7, affirming the effective cooperation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Ministry of National Defense in training, developing, and standardizing the team of document management and archiving officials to meet the requirements of the new situation.

The training course "Document Management and Archiving (with internship)" commenced on June 22, 2026, under the auspices of the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and the Vinacomin Business Administration School. It attracted 50 participants, including officials and employees from member units of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industry Group.

On the morning of June 22, 2026, at the 452nd Artillery Regiment, Hanoi Capital Command, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (specifically the Department of Archival Studies and Office Management) collaborated with the Hanoi Capital Command to hold the opening ceremony for a training course on document management and archiving for document and archiving staff of the commune and ward-level Military Commands. This is the first of 15 training courses to be implemented throughout the army according to the plan of the Ministry of National Defense from now until the end of September 2026.

Alongside efforts to address the consequences of war, the transfer and decoding of this data is contributing to the realization of practical humanitarian actions.
