The talk aims to provide female staff, lecturers and students of the school with medical information to take care of the musculoskeletal system, especially for those who work in offices or stand a lot on the podium.

Information on the causes, symptoms, prevention and improvement of cervical syndrome, disc protection, prevention of osteoarthritis, prevention of overweight and obesity, scientific diet, vitamin supplementation, etc. were provided by Dr. Nguyen Tran Trung in a specific and easy-to-understand manner to the attendees. These are common problems encountered by many female staff and lecturers of the school.

Caring for the material and spiritual life and health of staff and lecturers has always been a focus of the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Trade Union organized a field trip for female union members to Hung Temple - Phu Tho, launching the Ao Dai Week for all female staff, lecturers and students.
