According to Ms. Vo Thi Minh Ha, President of the Linguistics Faculty's Trade Union, the talk show "Guide to Bone and Joint Health Care" is one of a series of activities organized by the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, to celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th. The talk aims to provide female staff, lecturers, and students with medical information on caring for their musculoskeletal system, especially for those working in office jobs or standing for long periods in classrooms.
Dr. Nguyen Tran Trung - Deputy Head of the Musculoskeletal Department - E Hospital, provided guidance on measures for caring for and protecting the musculoskeletal system to VNU-USSH staff and lecturers.
Information on the causes, symptoms, prevention, and improvement of cervicobrachial syndrome, disc protection, prevention of osteoarthritis, prevention of overweight and obesity, scientific diet, vitamin supplementation, etc., was provided by Dr. Nguyen Tran Trung in a specific and easy-to-understand manner to the attendees. These are common issues among many female staff and lecturers at the school.
The talk show's topic attracted the attention of many faculty members, lecturers, and students.

Caring for the material well-being, spiritual development, and health of faculty and staff has always been a priority for the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. To commemorate International Women's Day, the Trade Union organized a field trip to Hung Temple in Phu Tho province for female union members and launched a "Week of Ao Dai" (traditional Vietnamese dress) for all female faculty, staff, and students.
