1. Collection time:
From September 11, 2023 to 3:00 PM on September 22, 2023.
2. Tuition fee collection process:
2.1. For students who already have a BIDV account, tuition fees will be collected automatically through the bank. Students will deposit the amount corresponding to the total tuition fee into their BIDV account. The bank will automatically collect the tuition fees within the collection period specified in Section 1.
(Note: The minimum balance required to maintain the account is VND 100,000. Due to potential fees including account maintenance fees, inquiry fees, SMS fees, etc., the minimum balance in the student's account when the bank collects payment will be equal to the TUITION FEE + VND 100,000.)
2.2. For students who do not have a personal account at BIDV bank, students should pay through the University's account during the collection period specified in Section 1.

- Beneficiary: University of Social Sciences and Humanities
When submitting the application, students should fill in all the required payment information using the following format:
[Student ID][Full Name][Department][Course] pays tuition fee
(Example: 20030001, Nguyen Van A, Eastern Studies QH-2020, tuition payment).
3. Implementation:
We respectfully request that the heads of training units and relevant departments inform and urge students to fulfill their tuition fee obligations within the stipulated timeframe.
After the deadline, the Planning and Finance Department will forward the list of students with outstanding tuition fees to the relevant departments for processing according to the University Training Regulations.
