The 2021-2022 school year has ended with many difficulties and challenges, especially the Covid pandemic that has disrupted all aspects of society. However, overcoming all those difficulties, teachers and students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities have achieved many successes in all areas: training, scientific research, and community service.
As shared by Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Principal of the School): “The opening ceremony has a more special meaning because the School has completed many key tasks: completing the second cycle of the School's quality assessment program, successfully consolidating the organizational structure and harmoniously arranging the staff work; basically completing the renovation of facilities; exceeding the excellent enrollment plan for all three bachelor, master and doctoral programs... And, above all: nearly 10,000 staff, students and pupils of the School have overcome the Covid-19 pandemic, despite the hardship - but safely in two difficult school years of the entire education sector: teachers are proactive, flexible and dedicated in online teaching activities combined with direct teaching; School staff continue to increase scientific research achievements, while actively participating in psychological counseling and free social support activities for the community; students persevere in overcoming difficulties to ensure their study progress, graduate on time and soon stabilize. employment; generations of alumni of the University of General Sciences and Humanities and partners, philanthropists have joined hands to support both materially and spiritually so that the students of the University can study with peace of mind during the pandemic; the University has been commended by the Ministry of Education and Training for its excellent online teaching and learning achievements, ensuring the safety of staff and students... Those great efforts and positive results are proof that a University of General Sciences has, is and will continue to strongly transform, affirming its position as a leading university in the country: modern and integrated on the basis of academics and humanities!"
