During his visit to congratulate Hospital E, the Medical and Pharmaceutical Hospital of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and the Vietnam National University Hospital, Associate Professor Dr. Dao Thanh Truong, Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, extended his best wishes for health, happiness, and success to all doctors, nurses, and staff; wishing the hospital continued excellence in fulfilling its noble mission of caring for and protecting the health of the people, and achieving outstanding progress in medicine.
Vice Rector Dao Thanh Truong emphasized: Teachers and doctors are two extremely noble professions, honored by the whole society. While teaching is known as the "engineer of the soul," the medical profession is particularly special as it directly relates to the health and lives of the people. Therefore, in recent years, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic that shook the world, the team of doctors, nurses, and medical staff throughout the country have always strived tirelessly, overcoming many difficulties, wholeheartedly dedicating themselves to the noble mission of "healing the sick and saving lives." As the core and main force in carrying out the task of caring for, protecting, and improving the health of the people, the health sector has achieved important accomplishments, creating a breakthrough in many specialized fields, contributing to improving the stature and health of Vietnamese people, and making a very important contribution to the development of the country.
On behalf of the University's leadership, Vice Rector Dao Thanh Truong expressed gratitude for the hospitals' cooperation and support in providing regular health check-ups and care for the University's staff, lecturers, students, and pupils. Furthermore, over the past two years, the hospitals have effectively collaborated with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in scientific research, staff training support, and providing opportunities for student internships and practical experience. In the future, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities warmly welcomes hospital staff to participate in scientific research projects and postgraduate training at the University.
The hospital leaders expressed their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the warm and thoughtful gesture from the University on the occasion of the joyous occasion of the healthcare sector. Representing Hospital E, Dr. Nguyen Cong Huu (Director of the Hospital) highly appreciated the significance of the cooperation activities between the two units. Over the past six months, the image of Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities students – quick, welcoming, and enthusiastic – has become very familiar at all patient reception locations, readily assisting patients and their families. This affirms that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is a high-quality training institution, where students are not only well-trained and proficient in their professional skills but also cultivate ethical qualities, a dedicated work ethic, and a compassionate heart. "Therefore, we very much hope that in the future, both sides will strengthen cooperation in scientific research, support staff training, and increase the number of students undertaking practical internships at the hospital," shared Ms. Bui Thi Diep, Deputy Director in charge of E Hospital.
