The two sides discussed the possibility of collaborating on a training program that includes essential skills for 21st-century workers, but based on the essence of Eastern history, culture, and philosophy, with a particular focus on portraying and communicating about prominent historical figures and events in Vietnam. The program content will be designed by experts from TalentPool and scientists from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

According to Ms. Do Thuy Duong, with 15 years of experience in training and developing leadership skills for large corporations, she deeply understands the needs of businesses for the younger generation of workers, as well as the necessity of building and developing training programs linked to historical traditions, culture, and national pride. The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, with its strength in having a team of leading experts in the social sciences and humanities, and with its open-minded thinking and experience in training and research, will certainly contribute effective resources to building high-quality, highly integrated training programs.

The program is also supported by businesses within the TalentPool network to enhance its practical application in businesses and to foster national pride and confidence among Vietnamese students as they enter the world. For the school, the collaboration with TalentPool contributes to continuing and further strengthening the spirit of creativity and innovation in training and collaborative development.
