During the meeting, the leaders of the two schools agreed to focus on three main areas of cooperation, including: NCCU sending students to study Vietnamese language and culture and doing short-term internships in Hanoi; NCCU inviting lecturers from the school to teach and research in Taiwan; the two sides promoting joint training programs, especially recognizing each other's credits to support students of the two schools to have the opportunity to study abroad and do internships before graduation.

Every year, National Taiwan University of Political Science will award a number of graduate scholarships to students of the University, studying in the fields of Communication, Political Science, Southeast Asian Studies, etc. At the same time, NCCU will prioritize many quotas to participate in summer exchange courses in Taipei to enhance the international integration ability of the University's students.
