Speaking at the welcoming ceremony, Professor Pham Quang Minh extended his greetings and expressed his honor that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities was honored to welcome the delegation led by the Vice Minister of Education of Taiwan. The Rector stated that Vietnam and Taiwan share geographical proximity and similarities in history, culture, language, customs, and traditions. This provides favorable conditions for Vietnamese and Taiwanese educational institutions to promote cooperation in education, an area with significant potential for further development in bilateral relations. As a leading higher education institution in social sciences and humanities in Vietnam, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities can contribute to the educational relationship between the two countries, for example, by acting as a bridge to facilitate more Vietnamese students studying and working in Taiwan.
