Currently, China is Vietnam's largest trading partner, its biggest import market, and its second-largest export market. Conversely, Vietnam is China's largest trading partner in ASEAN and its fourth-largest trading partner when considering individual countries (after the United States, Japan, and South Korea). Developing cooperation between Vietnam and China requires a large number of high-quality human resources who are not only fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese but also possess a deep understanding of the economic, cultural, and social aspects of both countries.
Deeply aware of the potential, strengths, and prospects for cooperation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and its partners, during the working sessions, the leaders of the universities focused on discussing plans and solutions to further promote cooperation programs in Vietnamese language training for Chinese students, student and postgraduate exchange programs between Vietnam and China, faculty exchange in collaborative research programs on culture, economics, and society between the two countries, and coordinating the organization of joint seminars and academic exchanges between universities…
On this occasion, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities signed cooperation agreements with Guangxi University and Nanning Professional Technical College, and also held thorough discussions on key issues to further sign cooperation agreements with Guangxi Normal University, Xiangsi Lake Academy, etc.
