The program aims to proactively provide students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, with the latest information on changes in training regulations, learning activities, and answers to frequently asked questions.
Starting in January 2024, the "Online Q&A Session for Students" will be held twice a month (on two Wednesday evenings each month; the Academic Affairs Department will announce the specific dates to students). Each session will focus on a "hot" topic of the month, such as: changes in academic regulations, grade-related issues in January; foreign language proficiency requirements and academic review in February; exam schedules and exam-related issues in March; and tuition fees in April. The topic for each month will be announced in advance so that students can prepare the content they wish to discuss.

Although it was a voluntary activity, the Training Department recorded over 500 student logins within the first three livestream sessions. This demonstrates the interest of students at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the university's information and their enthusiastic response to the "Online Q&A for Students" program. Answering questions via livestream has provided students with a new approach to issues related to regulations and academic activities within the university, helping them proactively seek information and saving them time compared to visiting the university's functional departments.
This is one of many activities implemented by the Training Department to support new students, aiming to improve the quality of education and to respond to the university's digital transformation initiative.
The online Q&A program also provides an opportunity to strengthen the relationship between students and the university, bringing students' voices closer to their teachers. This allows relevant departments to develop the best support plans for students during their studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi.
The "Online Q&A Session for Students" will be held at 8:30 PM on Wednesdays via Zoom, making it convenient for students to attend. Due to time constraints, the program may not be able to answer all student questions. The faculty in the Training Department always welcome opinions, suggestions, and feedback from students to improve the quality of the program.
