Candidates who only take the essay-based specialized subject have already registered.A key difference in the 2024 10th grade entrance exam compared to previous years is that candidates will only take a 150-minute essay-based exam in their specialized subject.
For the qualifying subjects, the school will consider applications based on the following criteria: Candidates must have an average annual score of 7.0 or higher in Mathematics, Literature, and Foreign Language for each of the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades, and an average first semester score of 7.0 or higher in Mathematics, Literature, and Foreign Language for the 9th grade, according to the general education program of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam. Exceptional cases will be considered and decided by the Admissions Council.
Each candidate may only register for one specialized class. The passing score for the specialized subject must be 6.00 points or higher. The school will consider the exam scores for each specialized subject from highest to lowest until all the slots for each specialized class are filled, using a 10-point scale.

Application submission period (online):from April 15, 2024 to May 8, 2024 (The admissions committee does not accept applications submitted in person). The school will provide specific announcements and registration instructions through the school's admissions website at:
http://tuyensinh.ussh.edu.vnAfter completing the application process, candidates will download the Examination Registration Form, attach a photo to the form, and obtain confirmation from their current junior high school. The completed Examination Registration Form must be brought to the examination room on the day of the exam.
From May 20, 2024:Candidates should check their exam information (exam number, exam room, exam location, and exam room regulations) on the University of Social Sciences and Humanities' admissions website (http://tuyensinh.ussh.edu.vn). The university will not send exam notification letters.
