The delegation participated in the seminar "Experiences in managing and promoting the value of archival documents at the Ninh Binh Provincial Historical Archives Center".
During the visit, students and lecturers from the Department of Archival Studies and Office Management participated in a seminar entitled "Experiences in managing and promoting the value of archival documents at the Ninh Binh Provincial Historical Archives Center". Attendees included Mr. Nguyen Vu Long - Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Historical Archives Center; Ms. Lai Thi Yen - Deputy Head of the Document Collection and Organization Department; Mr. Pham Van Doan - Head of the Document Value Promotion Department; and Mr. Nguyen Van Triu - Deputy Head of the General Administration Department.
Staff members at the Center shared practical experiences in managing, collecting, organizing, and promoting the value of archival materials preserved at the Center with students and faculty members of the Faculty. The seminar took place in an open atmosphere, with students actively exchanging ideas, expressing opinions, and asking questions to the Center's leaders and staff on related topics.

In addition to the seminar, faculty and students from the Department of Archival Studies and Office Management visited the archives of the Ninh Binh Provincial Historical Archives Center, learning about document preservation methods and the process of accessing and using archival materials at the Center.
In the afternoon of the same day, the students visited several famous landmarks in Ninh Binh province, such as the Temple of King Dinh, the Temple of King Le, Am Tien Cave, and Hoa Lu ancient town.
