The school sends to the heads of affiliated units the organization plan and assignment of content to prepare for the 2024 Job Fair.

2. Time: 8:00 a.m. March 24, 2024 (Sunday).
3. Location:Stage and central yard in front of building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi
4. Organizational scale and participants:
- Representatives of departments and branches of VNU, Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Vietnam Student Association, representatives of City Youth Union - Hanoi City Student Association.
- All 17 affiliated Faculties/Institutes/Departments.
- Faculty, staff, students, and trainees in the whole school, especially new graduates, students about to graduate, and students looking for jobs.
- Employers, businesses, sponsors.
- Press agencies such as Vietnamnet, Dan Tri, Dai Deo Nhan Dan newspaper, Ha Noi Moi newspaper, Hanoi Radio and Television Station, National Assembly Television Station...
5. Activities in Job Fair – Connecting employers
5.1. Activities of units in the Job Fair - Connecting employers in 2024
Units register for seminars, talk shows and other activities (if any) so that the Student Affairs Department can make a comprehensive plan and register with the General Administration Department.

6. Some key milestones
- On December 6, 2023, the Job Fair Organizing Committee met to prepare plans and methods for organizing the Job Fair;
- On January 3, 2024, the Student Affairs Department completed the Sponsorship Invitation Document and submitted it to the Board of Directors for approval;
- On January 8, 2024, the Student Affairs Department completed printing the sponsorship invitation documents and sent them to relevant parties;
- From February 28, 2024 to March 24, 2024:
+ The Board of Directors meets with the Organizing Committee to agree on the plan to organize the Job Fair;
+ Contact and send invitations to businesses to participate, contact and receive information from recruitment agencies, invite sponsors for the program;
+ Faculties/Institutes/Departments and functional units promote the "Job Fair - Connecting employers in 2024";
+ Invite speakers to participate in talk shows and seminars;
+ Invite agencies, press and media;
+ Complete stage and booth design plans;
+ Faculties/Institutes/Departments send the list and logos of businesses participating in the Job Fair - Connecting Employers and information on the number and requirements for the recruitment positions to the Student Affairs Department no later than: 5:00 p.m. on March 8, 2024;
+ Expected draw for booths: 10:00 a.m., March 10, 2024;
+ March 24, 2024: Organize "Job Fair - Connecting Employers 2024".
