Talk show "Going to School Post-Covid - Things You Need to Know"

On April 15, 2022, the Department of Politics and Student Affairs organized a talk show titled "Returning to School Post-Covid - Things You Need to Know" to answer questions from students and parents on issues related to the topic. The program was livestreamed on the university's channels.

The pandemic situation has passed its most dangerous and stressful point, and students have been fully vaccinated and returned to school. However, many negative physical and mental symptoms have appeared in young people and even in their parents. The transition from online to in-person learning has also caused fatigue and stress for both students and instructors.

Therefore, the Department of Politics and Student Affairs planned and organized the event "Talkshow: Going to School Post-Covid - Things You Need to Know" with answers from experts in the field.

Within the framework of the program, Dr. Dao Huy Hieu, Specialist I - a member of the Family Health Care Advisory Team, answered questions from students and parents about abnormal bodily conditions after contracting Covid-19, as well as solutions for proactively taking care of one's own health.

In advising on solutions to overcome anxiety, Associate Professor Dr. Tran Thu Huong - Lecturer in the Psychology Department, emphasized the importance of the adaptation index.(adaptability quotient - AQ)Individual response strategies and methods to encourage recovery and adaptation.
