Talking to reporters, Tran Thi Hong Quyen - Captain of the Youth Project said: "Students and union members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities are always ready to contribute their efforts and talents to bring rich values to the country. Each student contributes a little bit of their strength to contribute to the country's recovery after months of fighting the Covid-19 pandemic."
Ms. Truong My Hoa - Deputy Head of the Youth Project "Youth with SEA Games 31" also shared: "Creating murals at the Gymnasium - where many athletes from Southeast Asian countries gather - is an opportunity for Vietnam to leave a special mark on the countries participating in the Olympics. This is also an opportunity to spread the youthful spirit, daring to think and dare to do of Vietnamese students to international friends. Vietnamese students are always ready to act for "a stronger Vietnam".
Than Thi Phuong Trang, member of the Executive Committee of the Faculty of Management Science, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, could not hide her emotion and pride when participating in this meaningful and practical program. She said: “With the tireless efforts of students from the two faculties in particular and students from the whole university in general, our youth project has been successfully completed. As a native of Bac Giang, I am very happy and proud to contribute a small part of my strength with the people of the capital to welcome this important sporting event.
Through these drawings, we want to send to our international friends the warm welcome and friendliness of the thousand-year-old capital. I also want to send my encouragement to the athletes, especially the Vietnamese players, to complete their competitions excellently to bring the best results for the country."
It is known that Ha Dong District Gymnasium is the venue for Billiards competitions with the participation of the top players in Southeast Asia. Many athletes, including excellent players from Vietnam such as Quyet Chien, Canh Phuc or Efren Reyes (Philippines), are all among the top players in the world of Billiards.
