Khuat Yen Nhi - Runner-up in the 7th Outstanding Youth Union and Association Cadre Competition in 2022

A journey filled with emotions.

With a strong background in student affairs and active participation in extracurricular activities since high school, Yen Nhi has been very active in faculty and university activities since entering university. Yen Nhi is currently the academic deputy class representative for the K65 Hotel Management program, the head of the English for Tourism E4T Club, and recently the runner-up in the "Outstanding Youth Union/Student Association Officer" competition in 2022.

Upon learning that she had made it into the Top 12 finalists of the "Outstanding Youth Union/Student Association Cadre" competition organized by the Youth Union and Student Association of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Yen Nhi was surprised but also meticulously planned her preparations. Yen Nhi's journey in the competition was a rollercoaster of emotions. From the initial confusion and pressure of having to prepare so much in such a short time, to the surprise and overwhelming joy of being called into the Top 5, and finally winning second place overall. "Above all, it was the pride and joy of having contributed to bringing honor to the name 'Humanities'," Yen Nhi shared.

It is known that this girl has a burning passion for English, history, and education. This was clearly demonstrated by Yen Nhi in her performances: telling a story in English about Vo Thi Sau in the Talent Leader competition, and emphasizing and thoroughly analyzing the educational element in the Shining Leader competition. "To change anyone's behavior, we need to start with education" - the message that Yen Nhi conveyed likely touched the hearts of the judges - those who are working for the progress and development of youth.

The girl from K65 Hotel Management achieved the title of "Outstanding Student" at the City level in the 2020-2021 academic year, received an Encouragement Award in the Starlight cluster final round of the Star Award 2021 competition organized by the Youth Union Executive Committee of VNU, and won the "Outstanding Academic Achievement" award in the "FTS New Gen Awards 2021" organized by the Student Union of the Faculty of Tourism Studies…
