The launching ceremony was organized by the Cam Pha City Party Committee and People's Committee on April 22, 2025, in Cam Pha City (Quang Ninh province), to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country (April 25, 1975 - April 30, 2025); and the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Mining Region (April 25, 1955 - April 24, 2025).

Students from the Faculty of International Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, win a competition about the Mekong River.

Through the production of paper from sugarcane leaves, a group of students from the Faculty of International Studies, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, aim to create valuable agricultural products, increase income for sugarcane farmers, and build a circular economy model in agriculture. This project won the top prize in a competition about the Mekong River, which included 20 teams from 6 countries.
