(SVVN) - With a score of 9.8/10, Phuong Anh achieved the highest score for her graduation thesis at the Institute of Journalism and Communication Training, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) in the first round of 2023.
