The competition, launched in June 2009, is open to all undergraduate and graduate students studying at three universities: the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University of Foreign Languages ​​- Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and Hanoi University. This year, contestants will write an essay on their impressions of the short story collection "Kim Dong In's Short Stories" by author Kim Dong In.
