Prof. Dr. Ngo Doan Dai (Institute for Quality Assurance - VNU Hanoi). Assoc. Through program quality accreditation programs, institutions can better fulfill their accountability to society regarding issues related to their affiliated training programs, ensuring a full two-way flow of information. According to the VNU's program quality accreditation standards, the program quality accreditation process comprises five steps: Before collecting evidence; Implementing evidence collection; Researching and analyzing evidence; Writing self-assessment reports; and Summarizing self-assessment results. According to Associate Professor Ngo Doan Dai, the purpose of quality accreditation of training programs is not for reporting purposes, but to clearly see the actual situation of the training unit, in order to improve and further enhance the quality of the training system.
