Decision on appointing officials

On March 28, 2011, Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh – Rector of the University – signed a decision to transfer and appoint Ms. Tran Diep Thanh, lecturer in the Faculty of International Studies, to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of External Relations and International Training Cooperation, for a term coinciding with the Rector's term.On March 30, 2011, the Rector of the University signed a decision appointing Associate Professor Dr. Dinh Van Huong - former Head of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication - as Director of the Center for Journalism and Communication Professional Training. On the same day, the Rector also signed a decision appointing Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong - Head of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication - to concurrently hold the position of Deputy Director of the Center for Journalism and Communication Professional Training.
