Note:
- All PhD students are requested to be present at 8:30 am. Late PhD students will not have time to complete the procedures of signing for the diploma, changing into formal attire and receiving the diploma on stage.
- Students must sit in the correct position in the Hall assigned by the Organizing Committee.
- When receiving the diploma, the candidate must bring an identification document with a photo. In case the candidate cannot come to receive the diploma, the person coming to receive the diploma on their behalf must bring a notarized authorization document with a notarized copy of the ID card of the authorizing person and the authorized person.
